Our 04 CABERNET SAUVIGNON has rapidly become a medal magnet!

Buyers in Hong Kong recently rated it as more impressive than some of the best Bordeaux on the market and suggested we could charge five times the price.

Recent accolades include 3 GOLD, 3 SILVER & 7 BRONZE medals.

Highlights include – Top of Class at the 2009 McLaren Vale Wine Show and a Sliver Medal at the pinnacle of the international wine show circuit, The London International Wine & Spirit Competition.

A wine punching well above its weight in the show ring, it went down fighting at the 2009 Royal Melbourne Wine Show against Eileen Hardy Shiraz ($90), missing out by 0.5 points for the Best Red Wine Trophy but collected a Gold Medal none the less. It was Runner-up to the Grant Burge Shadrach ($60) for Professional Judges’ Choice – Best Cabernet Sauvignon or Blend at the 09 Hyatt Advertiser South Australian Wine of the Year Awards.

Our Shiraz has been collecting international wine show medals too. Silver at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in London and Bronze at the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition where it was judged with food and competing with the best wines from around the world.

Well we think the judges got it right by choosing our punchy little Cabernet as this year's Best Museum Red at the 2010 The Advertiser South Australian Wine of the Year Awards.
